The 011 MELANDER is a balanced and popular bipedal AC. During the Coral War, both Balam's Redguns and assorted independent mercenaries made heavy use of 011 MELANDER parts on their ACs.
Compared to the equally popular VP-4S of Arquebus, the MELANDER leans towards heavier protective qualities, above all other regards.
Its known variants are the 012 MELANDER C3, 022T BORNEMISSZA, and 033M VERRILL.
