- Regulation 1.03.1: increased Attack Power / Direct Hit Adjustment / Ideal Range / Effective Range / Projectile Speed
- Patch 1.05: Fixed a bug where attacking with these weapons while the player AC has its back turned to the enemy would result in the initial shot to veer away from the enemy
- Patch 1.06: increased Attack Power / Cooling / Projectile Speed. Reduced interval before cooling begins, except when overheating

- The copy of this weapon for the Right Back slot is rewarded upon reaching Rank 8 in the LOGHUNT Program, afterwards a copy for the Left Back slot can be purchased from the Parts Shop for 280,000 COAM.

Notes[]
- When activated, the ORBT deploys a drone that floats above the AC's shoulder. This drone will automatically shoot at the currently targeted enemy without the player needing to press the fire button. The drone will stay active for 20 seconds straight - regardless of whether it has fired any shots - and then deactivate with a 10-second cooldown.
- This cooldown can be mitigated by recalling the drone when it is not needed by pressing the appropriate back weapon button.
- Because the drones are not physically attached to the AC, they will continue to fire even if the AC performs actions that would otherwise prevent other weapons from shooting, such as melee attacks.
- On the other hand, the drones will deactivate if the AC using them gets staggered.
- The 45-091 ORBT is one of the Energy weapons unaffected by the Energy Firearm Specialization stat on generators.

- This weapon seems to mistakenly share its serial code with 45-091 JVLN BETA, leading to the fanbase mocking ALLMIND for this omission.
