The AB08: NEPENTHES is a heavy defense platform used by the Planetary Closure Administration's Enforcement System to defend Watchpoint facilities from intrusion.
General[]
The NEPENTHES is a stationary defensive turret, positioned at the base of vertical elevator shafts that lead into the interior of PCA Watchpoint facilities. Upon detecting intruders, the NEPENTHES will use its six large laser cannons, as well as its plasma missile banks to attempt to destroy enemies.
Gameplay[]
In ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON, the NEPENTHES is the primary obstacle of the Underground Exploration - Depth 1 mission in Chapter 4, guarding the vertical elevator shaft of Watchpoint Alpha.
