Details[]

Quotas

  • Damage: 15600 AP (19600 AP on hard mode)
  • Ammo Use: 120,000C
  • Mission Time: 300 seconds

Briefing[]

Let's confirm the mission.

An unidentified squadron is marching on GA's resource base in Ganea under cover of night - intercept them.

The projected intercept area is almost completely dark, but GA has promised to send up special flares. Those should give you enough visibility to fight.

We don't have a firm grasp on their numbers, but expect a large squad with several Normals. Use your head out there.

Those are your orders.

Overview[]

The mission takes place at midnight in the Ganea Desert, and the objective is to neutralize the enemy forces moving across the desert. The mission area is completely dark, although flares are sent up in moderation by the client to illuminate areas of the map. It is important for the player to utilize the light provided by these flares, as locking onto targets in the dark may be difficult in the dark, depending on the FCS used. The mission ends once all of the enemy forces are defeated.

Hard Mode Differences:  The enemy forces are more numerous, including an additional mobile fortress and another squad of Normals. The GA support unit also only a limited number of flares they can send up before exhausting their supply, leaving the player to fight in the dark.
