"Attack Urban Center" is a mission in the original Armored Core.
It is also remade in the Armored Core: Nexus Revolution disc.
Synopsis[]

Conditions for success: 3 minutes of destruction
Briefing[]
We want you to wreak havoc on Gal City. The job is simple. Just attack
the urban area and fire at will at any attractive target.
If one finds oneself in danger, one who does not have the power to
resist must depend on someone else. If you have the power, come to us
at Chrome.
You have 3 minutes for tactical operations. Staying any longer is
useless. If you stay too long, we don't know what sort of trouble will
happen.
Your pay will be determined based on the results. Simply put, the more
you destroy the higher your pay. Good luck.

Armored Core Attack Urban Center
Original[]
This mission is fairly simple. The player is required to destroy as much as they can in Murakumo territory. The player must annihilate what ever destroyable item such as cars and street lamps in order to gain more pay. During the first minute there are no enemy forces, allowing players to safely cause as much damage as possible. Further into the mission newer targets in the form of security MTs appear to halt the Ravens progress. The player will also have to battle ranker raven Losvaize and AC Valkyrie who are sent to eliminate the raven. The player can either survive for the remainder against her or destroy the raven and gain a special addition.
Remake[]
Just like before, the mission will start off with the player wreaking havoc across the streets. Destroy as many vehicles and streetlights as possible to get the enemy's attention, and waves of Guard Walkers will spawn. You can either choose to leave them be or destroy them. During the last 1 min and 10 seconds, Losvaize will appear. As with the original, her main threat lies in her slug gun, which fires fast and can stun you. For this reason, close range fights are not recommended against her for this version. Instead, attacking from afar is the best way to go, as her accuracy diminishes significantly at longer ranges. Missiles work great as well since Losvaize lacks missile defenses of any kind.
Trivia[]
- Unlike in the original mission, the Nexus remake features a cutscene showing Losvaize arriving on scene.
- In the Nexus remake, Losvaize's AC does not have the emblem that was present on her original version. Moreover, she also possesses surprisingly high AP, despite being a mission AC.
