"Attack on B7" is a mission in Chapter 1 of Armored Core: For Answer.

The defense forces.

Okay, here's the mission.

The client is Omer Science Technology. The objective is to destroy the defenses at TORUS Corporation's B7 Deep Mining Facility.

The main enemy force consist of Normals and autonomous drones. Depending on how many of them there are, they should be no problem for a NEXT.

The automated defense system will try to close the external barricades. You have permission from the client to destroy them. This shouldn't damage the facility itself.

Briefing over.

This is an excellent opportunity to strengthen ties with Omer Science Technology. Not a bad deal, right?

Hard mode differences[]

A Kojima Particle leak happens when the player descend the shaft, slowly draining the player's AP and preventing the use of Primal Armor.

Serene Haze:Commence mission. Eliminate all enemy defense units.

TORUS Security Watch:An unidentified craft has infiltrated the facility. It is believed to be an enemy NEXT. All units assume battle ready formation.

Serene Haze:(Hard Mode) Kojima particles?! There must be a leak somewhere. Your Primal Armor won't last long in these conditions. Let's not overstay our welcome. Finish them off.

Serene Haze:Confirmed. Half the targets have been destroyed.

TORUS Security Watch:Guard mech control switching to A10.

Serene Haze:Only a few enemy targets remaining.

TORUS Security Watch:Normal units en route from HQ.

Serene Haze:Enemy reinforcements inbound. Coming in from above.

Serene Haze:Confirmed all targets destroyed. Mission complete.

Armored Core For Answer Attack on B7

If you have an AC that is good with blades, use it, and a strong Assault Armor (AA) will help. This is close quarters which means maneuvering will be very tight, so makes your hits count. However, you can use this to your advantage; AA in the tight space is highly effective and blading is also effective. You start off by dropping down and having 3 SELJQ's charging you, they may be lightly armored but they're fast and their blade can take you out in one or two hits, so be ready. You then drop down and are faced with 4 GA03-SOLARWIND's. Smash through the door on the left and proceed down the corridor. Near the end you can go to the left or head straight on (you have to clear both so take whichever you like first). Once you clear everything they will send reinforcements. The reinforcements are 4 solar winds, (4 when you just took out 33 mechs,so much for the cavalry saving they day eh) that appear where you dropped down the second time. You can just wait for them all to drop and AA them. NOTE: if you stand next to a closed shutter and AA, enemies behind it will be caught in the blast. Also, be aware, the GA03-SOLARWIND may be slow, but they have a bazooka and missiles, an in close quarters, that hurts!

Same as above but this time Kojima is leaking from the facility. This means your AP is constantly decreasing. This means you have to move fast and hit the enemy with shock and awe. To save time, I suggest when you choose to go left or keep on, go left first, then when you've cleared the other room, you can overboost straight to the reinforcements and your PA will have recovered when they get there so you can still AA them on sight.
