A veteran with nearly twenty years of mercenary experience. While not especially gifted in skill. his prudence and good luck saw him far outlive the actuarial tables for his chosen career. Minor injuries accumulated over two decades contributed to a noticeable dulling in his performance, leading him to consider retirement in the near future.
Confirmed killed in action: Windy City.
AC Peripherax | Perifereia[]
Peripherax is a red-sandy/jade-colored lightweight bipedal that employs a large array of weaponry. Comes equipped with a first-gen ASAGIRI model Laser Cannon, missile sentry launcher, shotgun, first-gen model NIODORI model pulse gun and short-range missiles.
In Japanese, the AC name is called Perifereia (ペリフェレイア Perifereia).

Augusto tends to remain where he is stationed (on top of a fairly low-lying building) and prefers to snipe targets with his laser cannon. If its defensive barrier is breached however, he will flee to rejoin his allies--reinforcements consisting of two heavily-armed A-448 model heavy-assault copters (essentially F21C Storks with large-bore cannons attached), which lie in wait for the player to get too close.
If the player manages to corner Peripherax just right, then the A-448's will not come to his aid, making the mission almost effortlessly easy. Due to his AC low defenses, Peripherax is weak to almost anything--be they KE, CE or TE--so have at it.
Due to his reluctance to stay and fight, it is recommended the player build a mobile medium-biped with high-damage weaponry (dual battle rifles with high-speed missiles) and a suitable FCS (recommend the USUGUMO mdl.2 Long-Range or Fs-L-E28 Wide-Angle type).
