Operator: Situated deep within Navis-controlled territory, Bayload City is protected by a thick outer wall and is surrounded on all sides by vast mountain ranges and expansive deserts. Built when Navis first developed the region, the city is home to most of their citizens and also the location of Navis company headquarters.[1] |
