Blue Hand is a Raven who's part of the Emeraude force who attacked the Thorn Garden Disposal Facility. His fierce resistance to Zio Matrix's attempts to remove him from the facility leads to Zio sending in The Raven to eliminate him. He is encountered in the mission Remove Occupant in Facility.
AC Flameberge
Flameberge is a middleweight two-legged AC equipped with a shotgun, the MOONLIGHT laser blade and an overboost core.
Strategy
A weakly armed but also fairly well-armored AC. Blue Hand may only possess a shotgun as his main weapon, but don't underestimate him. He has a MOONLIGHT that can hurt a lot up close. You will NEED to preserve some AP (and ammo) to fight him. if you keep your distance from him, he should be cake for you.
