AC Life Is Mine[]
Lightweight, two-leg design equipped with a devastatingly powerful blade. The unit's mobility enables it to run circles around opponents. Equipped with the MOONLIGHT blade, an energy machine gun, a back-mounted lineargun and an inside ECM maker. The unit also has a solid-shell E.O. core for additional firepower at close range. OP-INTENSIFY enables the unit to boost for longer periods of time without running out of energy and be able to fire its back-mounted lineargun on the fly.
Strategy[]
Despite the unit's somewhat odd configuration, it is a deceptively deadly opponent in close range fights. Caricature will start off by flying toward you while peppering you with energy machine gun fire paired with his EO. Once at close enough distance, he will switch to his lineargun and attempt to stun you while he searches for an opening to use his MOONLIGHT. Don't fool around with him, as Caricature is competent in gauging an opportune moment to swing his blade, a single hit can cause massive damage. Keeping at a distance would be a no-brainer as he will be forced to rely on his lineargun or energy machine gun. While his lineargun may cause problems, using an AC with high-stability leg parts will render it useless for stunning.
Luckily, since Caricature will go all out on attacking, he will often ignore any damage he takes in order to close the distance. There's no need to hold back, open fire on him with everything you got, Caricature's light frame means he is susceptible to nearly all types of weaponry, including those with stun like his own lineargun. While missiles are usable against him, they're not highly recommended as Caricature is good at avoiding them. On top of this, having enough mobility to keep away from him and his lineargun shots will be key to defeating him. Since he isn't really trying to dodge attacks, close-range weapons with a high-rate of fire are highly effective against Caricature. And what is odd for an OP-I powered AC, Life Is Mine can be seen dropping into running routine every so often, making it an easier target. With that and constant energy drain caused by SILKY machine gun, it is handily possible to keep Caricature away from arm's length and never give him a MOONLIGHT opportunity, provided that you bring a lighter AC of your own.
Do note that Caricature will occasionally pop ECM makers to disrupt your lock-on, but it should be of little issue if your AC has strong ECM countering performance.
All in all, Caricature is a somewhat aggressive opponent, but his weapon choices are questionable. Stay out of range of his blade, and he becomes less of a threat.
