Biography[]
Origin: Vorka City. Male, age 51.
Said to be the oldest mercenary still active, and the strongest as well. His career was characterized by a series of superhuman feats, earning him a host of monikers from "the devil's deputy" to "the man hated by death." Those who saw his work in person meant those labels literally.
Confirmed killed in action: Old Duman.
AC Dragoon[]
Caspar's AC is a fast mid-weight, bipedal AC armed with an high capacity gatling gun and a special jammer able to reduce the output of the enemy's generator, so is more difficult to avoid the shots using quick or glide boost; also the usage of EN weapons will be dramaticaly decreased.
Dragoon also features a tough CE core and TE arms.

Gameplay[]
Dragoon is fought alongside Mobius in mission 8-8. This is the last 'actual' AC battle mission of the game (not counting Mission 09) and is a 2-on-1 AC fight. They're far tougher than the ACs faced previously and will prove difficult to even experienced players.
Dragoon will notably try to close in on you while Mobius keeps you distracted with its AS missiles. His combination of Gatling gun and stealth missiles, along with his movement jammers, can effectively stop you right in your tracks and leave you wide open for a hell of a battering. To that end, if you get too close to Dragoon, he will also boost charge you. He also has high defense stats in his AC, making it no easy task to down him quickly.
The best way to take care of him would be with long-range sniper combat, as neither of them have effective long range countermeasures. High power sniper rifles are a good choice, along with KE high speed missiles or CE AS missiles. It is however, generally inadvisable to use weapon arms as they both have high DPS on their weapons and can easily take off a lot of AP in a short time.
Close range TE weapons such as pulse machine guns or pulse guns, though effective against the pair due to their lack of TE resistance, are not recommended as the jammers would reduce your generator performance on top of inhibiting movement. As a result, you might run of out energy while fighting them and end up grounded. Longer range TE weapons like laser rifles work better as they can hit a considerable distance and deal greater damage.
Heavy artillery cannons such as Heat cannons, autocannons, KE cannons or pulse cannons also work well on them, but keep in mind that using a tank AC against them would mean you're at a greater risk, as they're are both fairly mobile and can outmaneuver slow ACs.
There is no recommendation as to who to go after first, although it is advised to take care of them quickly as they have the ammo and AP to keep up for long battles. You wouldn't want to contend with a continuous stream of jammers being laid out and a barrage of bullets or getting hit repeatedly by missiles so keep the battle short.
