Millionaire is a middleweight bipedal AC equipped with a large rocket launcher, a rifle and an overboost core.
Strategy[]
The second new Arena entrant, and he's arguably easier than Chris Miura. He has a rifle and a large rocket, and is terrible at using both of them. At least Chris's missile launcher takes effort to avoid or an extension to nullify; rockets used by the AI are usually the easiest things to avoid by any competent player. Again, like with Chris Miura, if you've gotten far enough to kill TWO Ravens in the main story, you are good enough to beat this idiot.
