Killer Whale is a missile-only build, which means a lot of firepower but many ways to negate it. Cobalt Blue will move slowly while firing his missile launchers. These will tend to hit under most conditions. To beat him, equip missile decoys or missile interceptors and deploy them early on. Deal as much damage as you can while avoiding his missiles. Killer Whale is a slow AC and will take a beating easily, and Cobalt Blue is not that good with his weapons either. The fight shouldn't be too difficult.

Killer Whale is another name for the Orca whales, an oceanic apex predator.
Cobalt Blue is a shade of blue often found on metal. It is also named after the Cobalt Blue Tarantula, a type of spider.
