- Unlike most other Kinetic firearms, the HU-BEN does not use a magazine system, and instead has an overheating system identical to Energy weapons.
- The HU-BEN can fire a total of 120 rounds straight before overheating.

This weapon can be bought from the Parts Shop for 170,000 COAM each after completing the final Chapter 1 mission, "Attack the Watchpoint."
