Known as the "Death Master," he is at odd with his arch-rival, the "Executioner."

B.H.I. is a lightweight two-legged AC equipped with a pulse rifle, rocket launcher, laser cannon and laser blade. In order to use his laser cannon he needs to kneel.
Strategy[]
He's a bit tougher to deal with than Executioner, he has better mobility, better weapons and (possibly) better skill. He can decimate mediocre/unwary pilots and this is all the more why you shouldn't let him.
His pulse rifle is undoubtedly his most dangerous weapon. Although he doesn't have the triple burst feature like Nineball's pulse rifle does, it can still be a potent weapon. Dodging those shots will make it easier to beat him. Attempting to close in on him is also not recommended, as he'll either peg you with his rockets or try to land a blade hit on you; engaging him from a distance is a safer way to beat him. Also, given the fact that he must kneel to use his back laser cannon, this makes him vulnerable to a heck ton of a beating.
