Someone is systematically destroying our water processing facilities in Sector 714.
A number of individual processing plants have already sustained heavy damage.
We've deployed units to protect those that remain intact, but it still isn't enough. We need a Raven to intervene immediately.
Take up position at the facility and make sure that no more of the processing plants are damaged.

Walkthrough[]
You don't have to worry too much about "defending" anything as long as you can defeat the enemies quickly. If you defeat all the MTs and helicopters, Aster will leave, and Squad 1 can clear them out themselves. Hover legs aren't necessary to complete the mission, but it will be very difficult to defeat Aster without them. Aster is especially weak to vertical missiles, since he has no missile defence and barely ever leaves the water surface level; all you ought to do is to keep sufficient distance for the vertical homing to track him succesfully.
To earn the S-rank, clear out the enemies quickly while ignoring Aster; once they're all gone, the mission ends.
If you clear the stage quickly enough, you will be offered "Eliminate the Bombers" as a bonus mission, and if you complete it after accepting it from here, you will earn the KES-ES/MIRROR part.
Trivia[]
- The MWI-DD/20 is hidden in this mission, from the starting position, head to the right side behind the pipelines. The part is lying near the edge of the area.
- By completing this mission with the OP-INTENSIFY part equipped while killing Aster, you will unlock enhanced missile interception.
