Briefing[]

We'd like to request the elimination of a Raven who is employed by Alliance and has been a thorn in our side for some time. A skilled pilot, he has interfered with our plans on repeated occasions and is also responsible for killing a number of Ravens. We have no sympathy for those who perished, they were too weak, but we can't afford any more casualties. A mediocre pilot doesn't stand a chance against this Raven, we need the best and that's where you come in. Don't let us down.

Walkthrough[]

The best thing to do is make sure that you have a mobile AC with strong weaponry and excellent ECM support. The SIREN4 provides a great boost alongside a good head and, if available, the KANGI Optional Part. The two OWLs Caspian is supported by can wreck havoc on you if they aren't destroyed. However, do not rush at them blindly or Caspian will waste no time in punishing you for this opening. Prioritize avoiding him first while maneuvering around the group, then wait for the opportunity to strike against the MTs. They are quite sturdy (for MTs) but do not put much of a fight, so do not worry about exposing yourself to them; only destroy them quickly to relieve yourself of the ECM noise ASAP.

With them gone, Caspian himself isn't very hard, but his Orbit cannon can cause problems. However, Caspian lacks missile defense so missile barrages, like with the Micro Missiles, can eat him alive as can pretty much anything else. His own missiles are nothing to write home about if you can perform basic missile evasion maneuvers. Not to mention, Raging Torrent IV is also rather slow. Its SELENA EO hits hard, but is also slow, and the arm weapons are not enough to turn the fight around as long as you are not letting Caspian land every shot. He is not that great at maneuvering his AC, and as soon as his legs are broken he is dead in the water. He's not a tough fight.
