ECm isn't the real problem here. The main concern comes from the newly added Missile launchers. There are now two rotating in opposite clockwork patterns on each floor, bringing the total to four Missile Launchers in one room. Once again, a high maneuverability AC helps avoid the Missiles altogether, but without the Radar effectively working, you will need to assume where the Missiles are being launched from. At this point, your AC should be equipped with the currently best high-end parts for preparation. Having both the I07D-MEDUSA2 and the SUIGETSU is also recommended. You can also use high MG response as well, but make sure your speed and maneuverability are still high enough.
Your AC begins in the center stage. Study which directions the Missiles are rotating to plan out your strategy. It is naturally random which Missile Launcher is fired, unless your AC is extremely close to one. As always, use sharp, quick, diagonal, and careful turning to avoid the Missiles being fired. The Launchers fire a total of eight groups of Missiles, after which, the mission is over. Manage your Decoy use around all eight groups, and make sure the SUIGETSU is on almost all of the time. Once again the walls can be used for cover, assuming you know which direction the missiles are being fired from. With enough maneuverability, all Missiles can be avoided. If the AC can evade all of the missiles, you are looking at around 114400c Special Bonus. It is difficult, but do-able.
