Briefing[]
Construction of our latest airborne transport has just been completed
and we're ready to begin testing. The primary goal is to explore
alternate transport routes.
Our second objective is to optimize the plane's AI control system.
We're concerned that certain groups will see this as an opportunity to
launch an attack.
The transport will be most vulnerable during the AL optimization
portion of the test, and will not be able to defend itself during this
time.
We request that you escort the transport during its trail run. Be sure
to stay alert, especially once the AI optimization testing begins. Good

Captain: "AI optimization complete. Raven, return at once. You’ve done well. Let’s get out of here."
Captain: "We’re taking hits. Raven, what are you doing?!"
Captain: "We’re outta control! We’re going down!"
Walkthrough[]
You just need to protect the airplane during the 3 minutes time frame. In this one, the enemies are waves of airplanes that come in 3 per wave. During the first 2 minutes or so, there will be 4 waves of 3 airplanes in each, simply destroy them to prevent them damaging the transport plane. During the last minute, a wave of 6 airplanes will come, do the same as you did before for the previous waves and you should be fine. Most of the Fireworks will approach you from the rear. Equip some long range weapons (such as a sniper rifle) and come as close as you can to the squadron (there is no real need to leave the plane however) to divert their attention from the transport plane. If you can shoot down most of the enemies on their first pass the plane should survive with no problems.
