Goshawk Unit

Goshawk is the unofficial fan name for the fighter jet unit that appears in Armored Core 3, Silent Line: Armored Core, and Armored Core: Last Raven.

Overview

The Goshawk unit is a small manned fighter jet slightly larger than a car. Its weapons include dual missile launchers and a machine gun. The missiles themselves can deal a fair amount of damage. It will often strike and return after circling around. Their armor is weak meaning that they can be taken down easily.

Trivia

• This unit also makes an appearance in Armored Core: Last Raven with the official name "Gushawk." However, this is incorrect, as many of the enemies originating from Armored Core 3 bear the names of animals, especially birds, and Goshawk is clearly what was intended.
