This part can be obtained by defeating Linne in Mission 08-1.
Usage[]
Has the highest defenses of the TE heads. Sacrifices internal performance/weight/drain to achieve this, but the difference is not too much from the original H02 Scarlet, so the two heads can for the most part be used interchangeably.
