The HC-129 retrofit can be obtained by defeating Betsy Ross in Mission 08-7.
Usage[]
Improves over the original HC-129 by improving defenses even further while only slightly decreasing internal performance. Unfortunately drain is still very high, so it is often passed over for the slightly less armored but more robust Hd-G-A88. Users
