Hawkmoth is the unofficial fan name for a hovering dual rotor weapon that appears in Armored Core 3.
Overview[]
The Hawkmoth is a small, hovering unmanned weapon around the size of two cars. It has two weapons, a missile launcher used for long range attacks, and a laser rifle used for close range combat. The unit has been made to defend areas and this is most apparent by its low mobility It can be destroyed quickly by most units.
