Gameplay[]
In ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON, the IB-07: SOL 644 is the final boss and sole enemy of the "Shut Down the Closure Satellites" mission, piloted by Ayre to stop the player from destroying Rubicon 3's Coral. Ayre can create Coral clones resembling SOL 644 in phase two, likely due to her capabilities as a C-pulse wave mutation instead of it being a feature of the mech. It is also capable of transforming into a jet form with a massive Coral oscillator on the front and/or a cannon to fire a powerful Coral beam.
In the "Coral Release" mission, a black, modified SOL 644 is controlled by ALLMIND and piloted by Iguazu in an attempt to eliminate and assimilate 621 and Ayre. After destroying AC MIND GAMMA in the first phase, ALLMIND-Iguazu will don this craft for the second part of the fight, albeit with different weapons than Ayre's, with ALLMIND's signature blue green energy, as well as being escorted by two IA-13: SEA SPIDERs. Unlike Ayre's version, this version lacks the ability to transform into a jet, but still remains cannon mode and has propulsion resembling wings, thematically representing Iguazu also "flying on borrowed wings." These boosters give him the ability to essentially dash and warp up and down, but can overheat if used too much, causing him to stop in place and render him vulnerable to attack. It is equipped with dual weapons on each arm, capable of repositioning between rotary gun and laser/pulse claws. He can also charge them up to fire large beams of energy.
During the second phase, Iguazu unleashes a massive burst of resonance. While this has no effect on the player, it disrupts the sync Ayre and ALLMIND have with their mechs and forces them out of the battle while destroying the accompanying SEA SPIDERs. From here, he changes his tactics to be far more aggressive, overcharging the dual weapons to form massive green colored blades of energy capable of firing blade waves. He'll also reconfigure the weapons to block melee attacks with a rudimentary shield and counter with a swipe of his blades. Upon defeat, Igauzu will try one last time to take out the player with his blades, but blows up before he can make contact.

Trivia[]
- The glowing markings on the abdomen resemble those on J's N-WGIX/v.
- The energy-based rotary gun mounted on each of ALLMIND's SOL 644's arms might be the first energy-based Gatling gun in the Armored Core series.
- The machine's ability to "warp" is reminiscent of the Blink ability from Daemon X Machina. Iguazu's variant leaves a green trail behind, identical to that of the ability. Coincidentally, it is not only one of the advanced/last abilities unlocked within the Body Modification options, it can also potentially exhaust the Outer's stamina similar to how the SOL 644 burns out from overuse.
- The original SOL 644 used by Ayre emits red flames (Coral generator), while ALLMIND's version emits unique blue-green flames (pulse-based). Much like other Rubicon Research Institute technologies, the two versions of the SOL 644 appear to utilize either Coral-based (red) or pulse-laser fusion (blue/green) power generation techniques. This can also be seen with weapons such as the MOONLIGHT and its REDSHIFT counterpart. ALLMIND using the pulse-laser powered versions of the Sea Spiders and SOL 644 make sense, as it does not want to waste any more coral than is necessary nor is ALLMIND capable of controlling Coral. While the original version possesses a Coral generator both as power and amplifier, ALLMIND's version may possess an Arquebus circulating-current generator, as Arquebus might has fallen due to the death of V.II Snail in the alternate version of Reach the Coral Convergence, and as the boosters emit the same blue flame as circulating-current generator-powered ACs, though it is not confirmed.
- It should be noted that a cut piece of dialogue has ALLMIND explain that aggravated brain waves function similar to Coral, so perhaps that is what the differently-colored energy is.
- Both the original and emulated versions of SOL-644's forearm weapon mounting resemble the forearm weapon mounting of VF-31A Kairos & its variant.
