Irony is a Raven who appears in Armored Core: Silent Line. His rank is E-10 in the Arena.

An old-school pilots who favors rapid-fire weapons over all others. He is rather arrogant for someone ranked so low and has made enemies because of this. His AC is flexible enough to perform well in a variety of situations.
He can be hired as a consort in the mission, Defend New Fortress.
AC Carnage | Foghorn[]
Carnage (known as Foghorn in Japanese, フォッグホーンfogguho-n) is a lightweight bipedal AC equipped with a back mounted chain gun, back mounted radar, and dual machine guns. Given that he lacks the OP-INTENSIFY part, he needs to kneel when firing his chain gun.

Strategy[]
Irony will approach combats in an unorthodox manner. His unit excels at dealing close range damage but he will sometimes pull back from enemies. To beat him, equip an AC with a mid-long range weapon (sniper or heavy) and take shots on him while he attempts to hit you with his machine guns. Occasionally, he will kneel in an attempt to hit you with his back mounted chain gun. This is when he is most vulnerable to damage.

- The Japanese bio for Irony mentions that he often settles battles in one go with rapid-fire attacks as he values efficiency, but also has the flexibility to respond immediately to unexpected situations. Additionally, he claims that "he can't win because he's not good enough, but because he's not smart enough."
