The LETHALDOSE is a TORUS back part that appears in Armored Core: For Answer.
Part Description[]
An extremely powerful and specialized weapon that focuses on Assault Armor.
It takes the Kojima particles from the KRB system and launches them in a single direction, incredibly increasing range and power.
Developed as an experimental extension to the KRB system of the ARGYROS, this giant PA rectifier was designed to contain and compress the Kojima energy released when using the KRB disscharge system into a compact sphere, before reversing the system and thereby launching it as a singe shell in ONE direction, increasing range and power by a stunning ammount.
Strategy[]
All in all, not a very useful weapon. It takes both back slots and requires the entire PA bar to use. Not recommended for Player Vs. Player. If it is to be used in player Vs. Player matches it should be used carefully and only when a direct hit or near miss is guaranteed as it drains the entire PA bar which will have to regenerate. Also using P-MARROW assault amplifiers can increase the weapons damage for more use.
The result of a "hit" with the weapon depends on PA values of the craft using the system, aswell as the KRB system used by the craft itself, the more powerful KRB disscharge, the greater damage upon the "shell's" impact.
In order to allow usage of the part with acceptable result in the field, the user craft MUST have a KRB system (AA capable OB(the "K" indicating the system being AA compatible)), it SHOULD have a reasonable PA compatibility, and a generator with good Kojima output is advised to cut on reload time.
