The LS-99-MOONLIGHT is an Arm Unit L Weapon that first appeared in the original Armored Core and later in Armored Core: Project Phantasma and Armored Core: Master of Arena. It is the original incarnation of the MOONLIGHT laser blade.
Part Description[]
Blade weapon with more than twice the power of conventional blades. When used the laser blade appears to be blue in color. When fired with Human+ upgrade it appears as a blue beam and explodes in a large blast radius on impact.
Acquiring[]
This part can be found in the mission Kill "Struggle" Leader in the original Armored Core game. In Project Phantasma this part cannot be found in the game and the only way to obtain it is by loading a AC1 save. In Armored Core: Master of Arena it can be bought in the shop from the beginning of the game.

- This is the heaviest laser blade and the one with the highest Energy Drain, lowest Charge Drain and the highest Attack Power in all three games it appears in.
- This is the AC franchise's version of the Moonlight Sword, which, as a staple of FromSoftware games, first appeared in the King's Field series and later Demon's Souls, the Dark Souls trilogy, Bloodborne and Elden Ring.
