Created by Old King as an anti-establishment terrorist, Liliana is a group which opposes the League and the Cradles system. Made up of mostly Normals and a few of the 002-B series, they have been known to be even more radical and extreme than Line Ark, using terrorism in an attempt to threaten the League, and have been even noted to have held a Cradle for a short time.
The majority of their forces are wiped out by Strayed in "Take Back Cradle 21," with the exception of their leader, Old King, who would later join ORCA.
