Lacking the confidence to pursue his dream of one day becoming a Raven, Little Bear spent a number of years engaged in different professions before finally mustering the courage to take the initiation test. He passed, but just barely.
He is partnered with Shooting Star in the Extra Arena and they hold the title of the fourteenth highest ranked team.

Little Bear is a rather weak pilot. He is a bad shot, and his AC doesn't move very well, since most of his parts are the parts you get at the beginning of the game. A high-quality AC can destroy him in a matter of around 15 seconds. The best way to face him if you are one of the less lucky players (finance wise) is to use small or middle rockets, missiles will also get the job done. It doesn't necessarily matter what arm weapon you equip because you're bound to hit him with something eventually.
