Biography[]
In the New Game plus, Middle Flatwell messages to Raven to destroy 2 LCs and new HC, informing him that the corporations on Rubicon 3 are hungry to get PCA's new technologies.
It is implied that Flatwell pilots the mentioned Schneider AC during the Rubicon Liberation Front's attack on the Vascular Plant in Destroy the Drive Block, likely being Rusty's former AC.

TSUBASA is a dark and light blue lightweight AC made of Elcano EL-10 FIRMEZA parts and armed with a BAWS burst machine gun and assault rifle, a handheld compact bazooka stored on the right back unit with the Weapon Bay, and a missile launcher on the left back unit. It’s designed to build up ACS strain with the kinetic and explosive damage from its guns and rocket launcher, then to exploit the stagger with its handheld grenade launcher.

Gameplay[]
In ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON, Middle Flatwell is an NPC that can be fought in the Records division of the Arena. He is also the client and a friendly NPC in the mission "Ambush the Vespers."
On New Game+, he is a hostile NPC in the Alt Mission version of "Unknown Territory Survey."
Arena profile[]
The de facto military leader of the Rubicon Liberation Front. His authority is second only to that of Father Dolmayan, and his standing within the organization has earned him an informal title as a fellow elder—he is the "Uncle" of the Liberation Front to Dolmayan's "Father." |

Trivia[]
- Like V.IV Rusty, he will call C4-621 a war buddy (戦友) if they complete a mission together,[1] which is one of the hints about Rusty's true nature before the reveal in Chapter 5.

Speculation[]
The following information is "gray area" content — it may not be completely factual, and/or falls under YMMV territory.
- Because Flatwell works in Schneider's HR department, and Rusty was scouted through Schneider, it's likely that Flatwell was the one who placed Rusty into the Vespers to work as a double agent. And because he works in the Arquebus Corporation' subsidiary, he indirectly implies that the corporation which will salvage any of PCA's techs is Arquebus Corporation (specifically Arquebus ADD, due to its interest with PCA's techs) in mission "Prevent Corporate Salvage of New Tech".
