The OIGAMI is an Arisawa back part that appears in Armored Core: For Answer.
Part Description[]
A very large grenade cannon that takes up both left and right weapons slots.
ACFA part review:
Essentially an Arms Fort cannon that can be mounted on a NEXT, the OIGAMI has some impressive stats, including the highest raw attack power for any weapon in the game (however, other weapons can still deal more damage on impact, such as a fully charged shot from a back mounted Kojima cannon). Besides its incredible damage, the OIGAMI boasts a very large blast radius of 106, second only to the BIGSIOUX missiles, which have 112, though the OIGAMI's blast is spread over a wide horizontal area, whereas the BIGSIOUX's is a huge vertical explosion, making the OIGAMI far better at taking out clusters of ground targets. Some downsides to the weapon include its heavy weight (though combining two heavy sniper cannons can weigh even more), its high recoil, very slow rate of fire and low ammo capacity at just ten shots, meaning you have to make sure to make every shot count and it can't be used throughout a mission. Being a grenade cannon, it can be difficult to use in NEXT-on-NEXT combat as the grenades lack velocity and its slow fire rate means missed shots are punishing. Some core parts also cannot mount the OIGAMI, such as the White Glint core.
Overall, the OIGAMI is more of a fun weapon than a viable one. While a skilled pilot can take down NEXTs with it, and it excels at destroying both large ground targets and small, clustered ones, there are better, easier to use options. Two grenade cannons on the back, such as the OGOTO or YAMAGA will do the same job as the OIGAMI, while having much more ammo and faster fire rates. Nonetheless, as a weapon for messing around, nothing really beats a massive cannon of destruction.
How to unlock[]
To unlock this part, the player must complete Defeat AF Great Wall on Hard difficulty. Equipping dual Kojima rifles or dual Kojima cannons or Kojima weapon arms will make facing Raiden easier. Dual MOONLIGHTs also works well due to Raiden's low Energy Defense. Furthermore, on some instances Raiden will just fall from the detached section.
