Pond Skater is the unofficial fan name for the hydroplane unit that appears in Armored Core 3.
Overview[]
The Pond Skater unit is an unmanned hydroplane slightly larger than a semi truck. The unit has a missile launcher which it will occasionally use and decent mobility. The unit's main purpose is as a transport. When approached, it will retreat from an enemy. It can be destroyed with only a few hits.
