Ruglen Laboratory is a Crest owned biological laboratory. The site features a number of experiments that Crest has conducted from bio-engineered lifeforms to deadly bacterial strains. It is made up of three large lab rooms featuring auto-locking doors, ground gas canisters and retractable ceiling germ canisters. The rooms are maintained at extremely low temperatures as to keep volatile strains inactive.
The location has been the subject of attacks on multiple occasions. It is in particular, the first location that is struck by Controller forces when it begins to malfunction. It is also the first location where The Raven comes face-to-face with a Controller AC.
