The SAUBEES is a NEXT model in Armored Core 4 (as the Eqbal-made TAWHID) and Armored Core: For Answer (after Eqbal's rebranding as Algebra).

A reverse-joint variant of Eqbal's flagship SOLUH model, the SAUBEES was specialized for aerial combat.
The most famous user of this NEXT was the Wizard of Eqbal, Sadhana.

While the SOLUH gave Eqbal a formidable close range offensive design, it was designed almost solely for ground combat. Realizing the model would be almost useless against airborne targets, they rapidly developed a set of reverse jointed legs to create a version that could at least hold back enemy aerial attack forces.
While having less load capacity and PA, the SAUBEES legs feature lowered EN drain and a powerful pneumatic boost system, capable of launching the craft more than a hundred meters straight up.
