Briefing[]

Let's confirm the mission.

The time, it's the Maghrib Liberation Front's Eritrean Stronghold - eliminate their entire ballistic missile arsenal.

This is one of the MLF's central bases. You'll be facing an elite force including several Normals.

We've detected a fierce sandstorm in the area, so visibility will be extremely limited. Focus on tracking targets by radar.

Those are your orders.

Overview[]

The mission objective is to destroy the ballistic missile launchers stationed at the Eritrean Stronghold, although visibilty is severely hampered by the sandstorm. The player will need to rely on their radar and FCS to locate targets. There is quite a large number of enemy units, which attack from within the obscuring veil of dust using missiles and rockets. The mission will end once all of the ballistic missiles are destroyed, however the player only needs to destroy one as the rest will be caught in the blast.

Hard Mode Differences: Borisovich appears to intercept the player. However, engaging him is not necessary to complete the mission.

Its high-powered rocket launcher deserves special attention. Those missiles are still your objective. You're clear to ignore him. I leave that decision up to you. ...Don't do anything crazy.
