A contingent of armed units have violated our jurisdiction and entered Trene City by force. We're sending you there to root them out.
Your presence is required as Trene's normal defense detachment is away on joint training exercises with counterparts from Crest Industry. The invaders obviously took advantage of this.
We speculate that the intruders are somehow tied to Crest Industry, but lack proof. no matter, they will be dealt with as we see fit.
We've assigned an AC to work with you on this mission and we'll compensate both of you based on the number of enemy units each destroys.

Walkthrough[]
This mission is only dangerous due to Fanatic's potential taking offense to your backstabs and the relative power of the enemy MTs. They are quite mobile and attack when they land. Simply watch your fire and destroy them once they're ready to fire. The last wave contains Flukes, which do employ stealth. This can be a bit of a pain, but they're still MTs.
The Blue Ospreys only stop moving for a moment to fire a powerful laser cannon before transforming and flying away, and the Flukes continuously use stealth to break your locks, and furthermore, each enemy type has rather high AP. If you're aiming for an S-rank, the easiest strategy is to use weapons with high single shot power, like Bazookas or Grenades or the Karasawa, in order to minimize the amount of time you need to have a lock on them, thus minimizing the amount of chances they have to fire on you.

- If the player damages Fanatic during the mission, she will turn on you. If you damage her during the early part of the mission, she will simply scold you; if you damage her a second time or damage her later in the mission, she we will attack you and you will be forced to kill her.
