AC Lurker | Rust Burning[]
A heavyweight AC, Lurker (known as Rust Burning in Japanese, ラストバーニング) makes up for its limited mobility with its array of hard hitting weapons. Its back mounted vertical missiles are deployed in tandem with its extension missiles to strike from both above and straight ahead, making dodging difficult. At close range, the KARASAWA is brought to bear and is capable of impressive accuracy. Units offensive strength is increased further with E.O.'s deployed and defense with a solid shield.

Despite years of trying, this Arena veteran's longtime dream of reaching A-ranks has yet to be realized. He knows that as time passes, so do his chances. The concerted effort he has been putting forth lately has those above him taking notice.
Strategy[]
Against Lurker, a long range attack is highly advised because of its missiles which add significant heat if they hit. Any attempt to fight at close range turns into an AP battle, which, combining the KARASAWA with the Lurkers shield and high AP value, often turns into a losing fight. Therefore, it is best to end the battle as soon as possible. The best weapon against Lurker is the machine gun weapon arms with increased ammo storage. Use a middleweight or even a hover leg and stay at close range while firing on Silver Fox's AC with the weapon arms second setting, and he should be defeated.
Alternatively, a relatively easy way to defeat Silver Fox is to bring in a missile-oriented craft. Lurker has no missile defences and is not fast enough to dodge them well, and this gap can be exploited to a great effect. A missile saturation attack will spell big trouble for Silver Fox, sometimes even forcing him to completely cease his offence as he scrambles away from the missiles. Provide enough missile firepower, and the match will be over very quickly, well before Silver Fox is able to threat you with his KARASAWA to any real extent.
