Preferring a "heavier" AC design, this pilot has opted to load out his creation with a slew of hard-hitting, solid ammo weapons. He's turned many an AC into scrap metal.

Strategy[]
Surge will continually bombard you with gunfire once he has sights on you, so make an effort to avoid his attacks. His biggest weakness is that he has poor mobility due to his choice of legs, so it's very easy to land hits on him. Be mindful that he has the tendency to fly, and can remain airborne for longer thanks to his JIREN extensions alleviating his heat and energy issues.
