Preferring a "heavier" AC design, this pilot has opted to load out his creation with a slew of hard-hitting, solid ammo weapons. He's turned many an AC into scrap metal.

Iron Horse is a tank AC equipped with energy refill extensions, a lineargun, a grenade launcher, a grenade rifle and an AST linear rifle.

Strategy[]
Surge will continually bombard you with gunfire once he has sights on you, so make an effort to avoid his attacks. His biggest weakness is that his Iron Horse has poor mobility due to his choice of legs, so it's very easy to land hits on him. Outturn him quickly to escape the barrage of his selection of heavy weapons. Be mindful that he has the tendency to fly, and can remain airborne for longer thanks to his JIREN extensions alleviating his heat and energy issues. He can be swarmed with missiles handily, but for that to be effective you ought to keep away from his front, or you will get stunlocked by his line of armaments in no time.
