Sus is an Irregular Lynx working for the Maghrib Liberation Front (MLF), an anti-establishment group in White Africa dedicated to rebelling against the oppression of the corporations after the events of the National Dismantlement War. He is one of the group's only two in-house Lynx, the other being Amazigh, the "Desert Wolf" and a hero of White Africa. Sus's piloting skills are noted to be inferior to his peer's.^[1]

Biography[]

During Pax Economica, the MLF suffers heavy losses against the corporations. Anatolia's Mercenary destroys the MLF forces at Old Gelts'a Fortress^[2] and the MLF's entire ballistic missile arsenal at the Eritrean Stronghold^[3] before defeating Amazigh in an ambush while he is being transported by train at the Abandoned City.^[4] The loss of the Desert Wolf signals the collapse of the MLF, leaving only a few remnants like Sus in the aftermath.

Now the last of the Maghrib Liberation Front, Sus and a handful of MLF survivors take control of Global Armaments's Nasser Oil Refinery, prompting GA to hire Anatolia's Mercenary to retake the facility in response. Sus and his comrades are subsequently defeated, eliminating the MLF for good.^[1]

NEXT Asyut Minya[]

Sus's Asyut Minya is a tank-type NEXT emphasizing heavy frontal attack power and solid defense in hopes of overpowering opponents through sheer firepower. The craft is equipped with grenade launchers, missiles, and bazookas to decimate foes and chip away at enemy defenses, which Asyut Minya excels in.

The NEXT was designed by Hayreddin who also designed Amazigh's NEXT, Barbaroi. Asyut Minya's focus on head-on attacks and high defense is an opposite of Barbaroi's high speed and low defense.

Sus is an enemy in Armored Core 4. He is encountered in the mission "Up in Flames" where he is supported by several GAM2-ARBALESTER mobile missile platforms.

He is also available for Simulation battles under GA America's NDP-X002 MAGHRIB data pack where, like Amazigh, he is unranked in the listings due to being an Irregular Lynx.

In-game information[]

The Maghrib Liberation Front's other irregular LYNX, pilot of an Arisawa-based tank AC. Dull in judgment, his skill on the battlefield is a pale shadow of Amazigh's. His NEXT emphasizes frontal attack and heavy defense, a complete opposite of Barbaroi's high speed and low defense build.^[5]
