AC Battlefield

Battlefield is a lightweight bipedal AC equipped with an overboost core, anti missile extensions, a large back mounted linear cannon, a long range rifle, and laser blade. The unit is built to excel in dealing considerable mid range damage.

Battlefield's most daunting aspect is the linear cannon on its back, a weapon used by no one else in the arena. Equipped with the OP-INTENSIFY part, the unit retains its mobility while using the linear cannon.

In-Game Information[]

He takes great pleasure using his AC's linear cannon to demolish those that challenge him. When unleashed, the weapon rains down damage and peals of thunder echo across the Arena. He's made rapid advances, but many still question his skill.

True to the description Thunder House is another Raven who compensates for lacking skills with big guns. His only real threat lies in his linear cannon, which he will fire off as soon as the match starts, so make an effort to dodge. He will often employ hit-and-run tactics, usually popping off a shot from the linear cannon before overboosting to flank you. Beware of his cannon, as it is the strongest cannon available in the game, and he can fire it on the move (he is the first Arena opponent equipped with OP-INTENSIFY). After several such runs, he will switch to his rifle and attempt to circle strafe you. Because of this, it's recommended to use a mobile and agile AC, as he has the mobility to outmaneuver slower enemies. Due to being a light AC, Battlefield doesn't have much in the way of durability, as expected, so any kind of weapon works on it. The linear cannon shots are destructive, but even if you get hit once or twice you still have some good chance of outlasting Thunder House. Just watch out for the linear cannon and if you can avoid that - and he only has 10 shots of it - it shouldn't be too difficult of a fight.

By chance, it's also possible to run him out of energy when he's overboosting. When that happens, he will become a sitting duck of a target, limiting him to his rifle. You can then take advantage of this and hit him as hard as you can while he's grounded, making the fight laughably easy.

The name Battlefield refers to the location of a battle.

  • After defeating Thunder House whilst having OP-INTENSIFY equipped, you will unlock the "Added radar function".
