A local weapons and MT manufacturer. USE tries not to involve itself in the current conflict and continues to remain neutral. USE focuses only on MT research and development and often does this in partnership with the other corporations. During the Navis/Mirage conflict, it develops new MTs which see use in the conflict, and continue to be used in Armored Core: Last Raven. Its current fate is unknown.
