AC INFECTION[]
INFECTION is a reddish-purple and dark silver middleweight biped AC made up mostly by Arquebus and Schneider parts and weaponry. Its frame is a mix of VP-40S and NACHTREIHER/40E parts. It is armed with handheld Takigawa Harmonics pulse guns, double-triggered, a plasma cannon for its right back unit, and a pulse shield for its left unit.

In ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON, V.VI Maeterlinck is an NPC that can be fought in the Records division of the Arena. She is also a target for elimination in the late game mission "Reach the Coral Convergence."

In the English script for "Reach the Coral Convergence," Maeterlinck's final voice line has her pleading for V.II Snail to respond to her pleas for backup, whereas the Japanese script instead has her questioning Snail as she dies.
