- Regulation 1.04.1: increased Cooling, decreased Weight / EN Load. Now takes less time for cooling to start

- Regulation 1.07.1: Fixed an issue with LASER BLADE "Vvc-770LB" where enemies would not react to hits from non-charged shots immediately after being staggered.

Notes[]
- The standard attack is a single lunging slash forward. While the charge attack has a 1-second delay that causes the AC to fully extend the blade and twirl twice while advancing forward, attacking enemies in a circular area.
- The charge attack is dependent on the AC's x-axis. If the terrain the AC is standing on is uneven and causes them to change elevation, it may cause the entire attack to miss the intended target completely.
