This part can be bought in the shop. In Armored Core 2 it is added to to the shop after completing all missions from Zio Matrix. In Armored Core 2: Another Age it is in the shop from the beginning of the game.

- This part got its stats changed in Armored Core 2: Another Age. Its Def Shell was decreased from 572 to 514, Def Energy decreased from 561 to 504 and as a result total Defensive Points decreased from 1133 to 1018. Moving Speed was increased from 476 to 571 and as a result Moving Ability increased from 594 to 689.
- This is the most expensive leg part in both games it appears in.
- The ZRL-ZIO/MATRIX made an appearance in the Armored Core 3 Portable series, as the Mirage's MLR-ZMX.
